Solid Timber Benchtops Kiln Dried
Over the years Timber Slabs Warehouse has made hundreds of timber benchtops for many happy customers. Made from kiln dried hardwood, our timber bench tops are not only extremely hard-wearing and durable; they also look great and can be made suit your home, kitchen, bathroom, your colour scheme and your taste.
How does it work?
Just give us some approximate sizes of your kitchen or bathroom via email, phone or website contact and we can give you an indication of price. From there we can work with you and or the cabinetmaker to choose the right timber for the job based on durability and colour, and then handcraft the bench top to make the bench top a perfect fit.

What about freight?
This is a service we organise for you. We have shipped bench tops all over the world and regularly send bench tops throughout Australia. In most cases the bench tops are bubble wrapped and placed inside a specially made box for protection. Because we send a lot of freight Australia wide, we get some very reasonable rates on freight so just ask us for a price.
What about timber benchtops sinks and stove tops?
* Option 1 – We recommend that the sink and stove tops are cut in by us. To get the size and shape of the stove top and sink correct, we get a template from you (this can be sent in the post) and then a location of where the cut out will go. Really, it’s quite simple and we ask the right questions to make sure we get it right.
* Option 2 The sink and stove top cut out can be done after the kitchen bench tops are installed.
What timber is best for benchtops?
The choice is easy. All our timber is the same price so all you have to do is choose the colour you like. We can recommend timbers that are more durable than others and send you photos or timber samples to help you make your decision. The most important thing is to choose timber that is kiln dried. All Timber Slabs timber has been kiln dried.
How long does it take to make a kitchen benchtop?
From start to finish it takes about 2 weeks to manufacture a bench top.
